Redundancy: We've built redundancy into all of our services; dual-diesel generators start within seconds of a power failure, 10kWa and 20kWa power supplies keep the servers and networking equipment running until the generators take over, and our network is physically diverse and triple-redundant.

Security: Our data center is both PCI and HIPAA compliant utilizing biometric entry, IP and physical based security systems, and our staff is a highly trained group of engineers who have been repeatedly battle tested. Security is what we do. Every day.
